To start the year off I have a nice tale of community engagement and support by the youngsters of Barnes RFC.

A local family made contact with the Club last month asking if we had a few strong lads who could help lift and shift furniture in return for some pocket money.

Four of the Colts (Jack Donovan, Teddy Roberts, Tommy Baker and Jamie Collins) volunteered and put in a huge 8 hour shift on 14th December, helping them move house from Barnes to Sussex.
The boys did a great job and the family were very happy and super-grateful for their help.
